Group classes are known as Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) lessons. They are verbally directed and consist of a functionally related series of comfortable easy movements that gradually become more complex.
ATM classes can involve lying on the floor, sitting, standing, and many other positions.
There are thousands of ATMs of varying degrees of difficulty, which are tailored to suit all ages and all levels of fitness.
Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a mat to lie on and a curious mind!
Current Term ends July 7th 2016, and recommences Monday August 1st 2016.
Classes run every week , except for Qld public Holidays, on Mondays at 6pm, and Thursdays at 1pm.
